Return and Refund Policy
- The Return of products is accepted only if our store is informed of the desire to return the product on the day of the delivery of it, as flowers are vulnerable and deteriorate over day.
- Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the cause of the return is our mistake.
- Exception are Forever Roses where in case the object is damaged during transport, it is re-shipped free of charge.
- Refunds are made only after there is an in our store at least one day before the delivery of the product.
